The tuition fee in Montenegro varies from university to university. For bachelor degree programme, students can expect to €1500 per academic year; for specialist studies- €2000 per year; for master’s degree programme- €2500 per year; and for doctoral studies- €3000 per academic year.

Visa Application Procedure
International students who want to study in Montenegro must apply for a visa at the Montenegro embassy/consulate in their country. If there is no Montenegro embassy/consulate
in your country, in that case you can apply for the visa at your nearest Serbian embassy/consulate. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with the Ministry of Interior is responsible for processing visa request of international students.
International students must fill a visa application form and submit it along with the following documents:
- A valid copy of passport and two passport-size photos
- Invitation letter from the higher education institution in Montenegro
- Return air ticket
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover the cost of study and living in Montenegro
- Proof of health insurance
- Evidence of accommodation in Montenegro: Can be rent agreement.
- Proof of visa fee paid
